If you are selected for a personal interview and are being considered as a candidate for employment, Ocean City Home Bank will also complete a Criminal Background Check, review your Credit History and verify your personal and employment references. Ocean City Home Bank also uses an online assessment instrument to assist us in the selection process. All these factors are considered when selecting the most qualified applicant for each position.
