Employee of the Quarter

Congratulations to Joe Kelly, Leroy Robertson, and Ed Lovett, our new Employees of the Quarter!  

I would like to nominate Mr. Joseph Kelly, Mr. Leroy Robertson, and Mr. Ed Lovett as the employees of the quarter! What an amazing group of gentlemen who are always friendly, helpful, and considerate of all of our needs and requests.  Mr. Kelly, Mr. Robertson, as well as Mr. Lovett, all have such a warm, kind, and genuine personality that make our day so much more positive and enjoyable.  They not only have the strenuous job of visiting each branch, sometimes several times a day, carrying all of our “tools” that we need to accomplish our daily goals, but they also handle any and all requests that may not have been scheduled in their busy work day in order to make life easier for everyone else!

Not only do Mr. Kelly, Mr. Robertson, and Mr. Lovett excel at their job, they go above and beyond by making sure everyone is taken care of in every department, they offer a dose of sheer happiness to all of our customers whether they are internal or external!  I am sure we can all think of a day or time, if not everyday, that we have had the pleasure of being present when these gentlemen visit our departments and how they are always so polite and genuinely interested in our day and inquire about our husbands, wives, children, and even our pets!  I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and appreciate everything Joe, Leroy, and Ed do for Ocean City Home Bank and our employees!  They are truly an asset to the bank as well as to all of us, and I am thankful for their time, patience, and positivity!  -Stephanie Swift
