With this account Ocean City Home Bank provides you two services in one. The realtor can deposit and track client funds collected for either home sale escrows or rental security deposits. This is accomplished through the computer packaging of a Primary Account housing numerous sub-accounts. The comprehensive monthly reports provided will help streamline the realtor's bookkeeping costs; funds on deposit will earn our highest possible variable interest rate; Sub-Account closing and funds withdrawal will be a breeze. Additionally, Ocean City Home Bank will prepare all your year-end withholding forms for the Primary and each Sub-Account.
