Ocean City Home Bank recognizes and respects the importance of maintaining the privacy and the confidentiality of children who may access our website. The following privacy policy has been adopted to ensure that children's privacy and the confidentiality are maintained at all times.- We do not knowingly collect, store or share with third parties any personal identifying information obtained on our website on children under the age of 18. Personal identifying information includes e-mail addresses, street addresses, phone numbers and names.
- We have implemented blocks on our account opening procedures that require a date of birth to be submitted before an applicant can submit an online application. If the date of birth indicates the applicant is under the age of 18 for deposit or loan applications, the user will be prevented from continuing the online application process.
